I want to thank you again for delivering a good renewal for all three of my companies which you insure. We are now entering our fourth year of working with Thomas Hornung and Associates and I can unequivocally say the experience and service has been nothing short of excellence. Megan Marshall is on a first name basis with our staff due to frequent COI's requests and she is always cheerful and turns around the request immediately. And on the infrequent times we have had losses, she has been attentive throughout the whole process and proactive in giving us status updates.

On the personal side, Mary Miller was nothing short of spectacular last year in helping me navigate my personal insurance challenges when we were selling our house and buying a new one. She coordinated the switchover perfectly and made sure we had the myriad of details covered through the confusing process.
